A set open-cell pads met different graden of the hardness, designed to work met dual-action machines met a 125 mm backing plate. Depending on the need, en hardness of the paint they can be used met any ADBL Roller polishing machine en any ADBL polishing compound (ADBL Hard Cut, ADBL Super Polish, ADBL Perfect Finish) or AIO (ADBL AIO Hard, ADBL AIO Soft) to perform cutting, polish, finish or one-stap. The diameter of the Velcro is slightly wider than the backing plate warranting comfortable work on embossing en hard to reach areas. Open-cell structure makes it easier to work on soft paint thanks to much higher absorbance of residue. Additionally the pad heats-up significantly less, allowing optimal use of the polishing compound. To paint met hoog level of hardness it allows one-stap met a great finish suing ADBL Super Polish or ADBL or ADBL Hard Cut. Pads order from the hardest to softest: EVO Red, EVO Yellow, EVO Oranje, EVO Violet.

GEBRUIKSMETHODE
  • Bevestig de pad gelijkmatig op de steunschijf. Breng 4 kralen aan op de pad. Plaats de pad plat tegen het paneel dat moet worden behandeld. Zet de machine aan in de laagste versnelling zonder veel druk uit te oefenen en verspreid de pasta over een oppervlakte van het paneel van maximaal 40 x 40 cm. Verhoog de snelheid van de machine tot 3-4 versnelling terwijl je geleidelijk de druk verhoogt. Werk constant en houd de pad plat op de lak. Nadat de pasta is opgebruikt (transparante film), veeg je het residu af met een zachte microvezeldoek. LET OP: te veel pasta, te veel druk of een te hoge rotatiesnelheid van de machine verhogen de efficiëntie niet en kunnen resulteren in: overvulling van de pad, waardoor het pastaresidu moeilijk te verwijderen is, snelle uitdroging van de pasta en stofvorming, waardoor zogenaamde pastaframes rond het oppervlak waar je aan gewerkt hebt, moeilijk te verwijderen zijn als ze droog zijn.
